You may initially add our products to your basket without obligation and correct your details at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding offer for the goods contained in your basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after you submit your order. The goods remain the property of YUAYU until full payment has been received. The point at which the purchase contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you have chosen:

DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers. Goods are regularly delivered to the shipping route and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified by YUAYU in the order processing is decisive. If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to YUAYU because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no bearing whatsoever on your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

WARRANTY

Our warranty covers the following defects: damage caused during transport, incomplete deliveries, and manufacturing or packaging defects.

REFUNDS

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, no products can be returned or exchanged. Exceptions are made for warranty claims (see ‘Warranty’). ​
