TERMS OF SERVICE

SCOPE

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from YUÄ€YU GesbR (hereinafter YUÄ€YU) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

CONTRACTUAL PARTIES

The purchase contract is concluded with YUÄ€YU GesbR, owners: Birgit Rhomberg & Vera Gottschall, Rathausstr. 35, A-6900 Bregenz

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The receipt of your order will be confirmed by email immediately after the order has been sent. The goods remain the property of YUAYU until full payment. When the purchase contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you have chosen:

When placing the order, you enter your credit card details and the credit card company carries out an authorization check. After legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be initiated automatically and your credit card will be charged when the order is placed. The contract with us is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Immediately by Klarna
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you can confirm the payment order. This creates the contract with us.

CONTRACT LANGUAGE

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.

DELIVERY TERMS

​

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers. Goods are regularly delivered to the shipping route and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified by YUAYU in the order processing is decisive. If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to YUAYU because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment.

It is possible to pick up the goods yourself by email in Bregenz. Please feel free to contact us.

TRANSIT DAMAGE

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. The failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

WARRANTY

We strive to provide quality products and excellent service. 

Our guarantee applies to the following defects: damage caused by transport, incomplete deliveries, manufacturing or packaging defects.

REFUND

For hygienic reasons, we cannot take back any goods. Therefore, no products can be returned or exchanged. Warranty cases are excluded (see "Warranty").
